  • We offer video & voice analysis & consultation of your new dream home and surrounding areas, including schools, parks, anchor stores etc.

  • Create architectural design for you & city or township approval

  • We offer Complete CAD drawing, 3D rendering and 3D virtual walk through

  • Present your lot to the city or township for approval

  • Develop site plans and documents to present to the city or township. - Process includes the Planning Department internal or external, Architectural Civil Engineering Department, Accessor's office, Building Department & building permits approval to begin the build of the property and your dream home.

  • Get survey and engineering reports for city or township approval

  • Get plot plans for city or township approval

  • Determine species of tree on the lot to get approval for removal from the city or township

  • Excavation of land & land clearing if needed

  • Perk test on the soil if required by the city or township approval

  • Find all utility hookups and sewer hookups through engineering reports

  • Reroute any utility lines i.e.(Power lines and gas lines.) running through the property that is required by the city or township

  • Pour foundation walls, Basement, sidewalks, garage and etc.

  • Apply for permits with the city or townships

  • Set up all inspections for the city and township approval of each inspection

  • Rough framing of the home, enclosing sheathing and roofing
